Processing Times:
For anything that is ready to ship please allow 3-5 business days for the products to be shipped.
For anything custom made please allow 4-6 weeks for the products to be made. This time frame may be extended at any time.
Product Variations:
Colors, sizes and descriptions of products are represented as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colors or details will be accurate.
Shipping:
Michelle's Handcrafted Creations is based in Ohio and I ship anywhere in the United States.
Shipping cost is calculated at the time of checkout. (Overages over $1 will be refunded)
Once the package is shipped, we unfortunately have no way to know or control when your order will arrive. All orders come with tracking numbers for your convenience. If your package is running late I can make some suggestions if you contact me (on a case by case basis). Along with helping fill out USPS Lost Forms.
If you're package is marked as delivered and is not received please contact your local post office to located the package.
If you are local (Northern Cincinnati area). Please let me know and we can try and arrange pickup/drop off. After which shipping charges will be fully returned to you.
Return Policy:
This store does not accept returns unless you have received a defective item. If you believe your item is defective, please reach out to us through the contact form.
